2025 Wollombi Brook Hunter Valley Chardonnay

Sourced from the sandy, alluvial banks where our vines shoulder the Wollombi Brook, this Chardonnay is a tribute to its home in Broke. We’ve aimed for a balance of opulence and structural precision, inspired by the Chardonnay we love to drink!

Basket pressed and barrel fermented, after 11 months in French oak, we gave it a quiet secondary élevage in tank to let the energy settle and the flavours find their feet. The result is a palate defined by its sculpted texture, clean, mineral lift, structural oak but fruit that remains the star of the show.

This is a wine of both power and poise, made simply for your enjoyment & ours.
